Summer Surf Classes:
This supervised program is designed to teach beginning and intermediate surfing to small groups with emphasis on safety first, in a fun-filled environment. All instructors are CPR, 1st Aid and Water Safety Certified.
8:00 AM - 2:00 PM. $65/day, $250/week.

Summer Marine Biology / Surf Camp:
This week long camp provides the highest quality education in regard to both our marine environment and the sport of surfing. Includes daily surfing lessons and water safety education as well as an all hands-on marine biology program with a full mobile lab at the beach. Some of the topics covered will be: tides and waves, kelp and phytoplankton, local marine life, shore life and pollution. Camp participants will complete surveys, census studies and learn to identify and classify local invertebrates, fish, birds and marine mammals. We will even sample plankton from our surfboards and then observe it through a microscope in our lab. The use of wetsuits, surfboards and lab supplies are all included in the cost of the camp.
